Satisfied with my stay here! the restaurant served delicious meals, especially for dinner; I highly recommend trying their hot dishes. the service was exceptional! 🌟 Plus, having free Wi-Fi was very convenient.

Nice hotel, clean and friendly. A nice "spa" (small) - but one can get a massage, and a small pool and cardio center, where one can do a bit of sport inside, if desired. There are no weights or weight room, though... Very near "small port", The hotel is next to the city's Nautical Center - 2 large lap pools, with water slides for kids and access to swim area on the lake. It is a walk to "large port" where some of the restaurants are. Downtown is a taxi or bus ride away (centre ville) - but worth a look - pretty.

We had an absolutely superb breakfast with a wonderful view, could find something for everyone. Its location was good, really close to the lake & beach area, and in a posh area. The staff were amazingly attentive and always had a smile;))

This venue has friendly staff, beautiful panoramic views, a charming atmosphere, and is conveniently located near the lake and a short walk from the city center.

It was nice sitting on the terasse eating a nice breakfast with a view over the sea.

There was some problems with the elevator

I really liked Hotel Aquakub. The swimming pool and spa were the cleanest and nicest I have experienced for a long time. There were great water and air jets in the pool while still leaving enough room for people to swim lengths should they so wish. The room was very comfortable with lots of pillows. The location near the lake was perfect. Highly recommended.

The wifi did not work properly on my laptop but it was not a big deal to me.

Basic room with friendly staff. Good location near the lake, although limited dining options. Large, new rooms with overall friendly staff. Good parking and breakfast location with nice view over the lake. Brasserie l' Aquarium recommended.

A brand new and confortable hotel, with a magnificent restaurant at the top. Nice and helpful desk staff

Pity of the building being built just in front, noise starts at 8:00 sharp...

The food and service were excellent

The hotel is about 20 metres from a major apartment block building site and faces the balconies of the premium rooms, not pretty, also the balconies have no tables or chairs which is such a waste of an excellent facility

I had a great stay at this hotel by the lake. The location was perfect, as it was close to the lake and offered beautiful views from the rooms with lovely balconies. The staff were very helpful and the basic amenities were modern and well-maintained. The breakfast was also delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

No significant issues, everything was satisfactory.

Modern building, spacious rooms. Breakfast at a terrace overlooking Lake Bourget. English speaking staff. Great restaurant for dinner.

Close to the lakeside, but a little further from Aix Les Bains' centre ville

The restaurant, Le Kubix, located on the top floor of the hotel with outdoor seating and fantastic views of the lake and surrounding mountains, was superb! I tried several restaurants in the surrounding area, but kept coming back to this one. The dinners were carefully prepared and included a surprise aperitif that changed from night to night. My dinners there rapidly became one of the highlights of each day! The hotel is new and the rooms were clean and elegant.

The staff accommodated an early spa visit, recommended a nearby cinema with a restaurant, and provided excellent service in the restaurant. The room had a quiet balcony with a lake view and comfortable twin beds. The hotel had a clean indoor pool, a small hot tub and sauna, and a helpful staff.

Excellent lady on reception, (I think her name was Lauren) - Fabulous view and meal from the roof top terrace. We stayed in a comfort double and it was a good size and well appointed. Lovely walk along the lakeside to the Grand Port where there are cafes and tourist info. We would certainly return.
